Queen Tower Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity within our orthopedic outpatient practice in Santa Ana, California. In this critical role, you will focus on promoting, diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating patients to help them achieve their maximum mobility and overall quality of life. Here, you will collaborate with a close-knit team of two fellow physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), ensuring that everyone works together to provide personalized, attentive care to our patients, many of whom have private medical insurance.

Work Environment

This position requires an onsite commitment within our comfortable and modern therapy facility located in Santa Ana. The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments of patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Execute effective physical therapy treatments for orthopedic cases, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities designed to enhance recovery.
  • Maintain a productive workload by managing approximately one patient per hour while ensuring outstanding patient experiences.
