Queen Tower Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity within our orthopedic outpatient practice in Santa Ana, California. In this critical role, you will focus on promoting, diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating patients to help them achieve their maximum mobility and overall quality of life. Here, you will collaborate with a close-knit team of two fellow physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), ensuring that everyone works together to provide personalized, attentive care to our patients, many of whom have private medical insurance.

This position requires an onsite commitment within our comfortable and modern therapy facility located in Santa Ana. The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. • Conduct initial assessments of patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Execute effective physical therapy treatments for orthopedic cases, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities designed to enhance recovery.
• Maintain a productive workload by managing approximately one patient per hour while ensuring outstanding patient experiences.
• Document all services rendered thoroughly, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in patient care.
• Educate patients about their conditions and the importance of adherence to physical therapy regimens to promote optimal recovery.
• Monitor patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in health status, personal goals, and recovery outcomes.
• Engage with other healthcare professionals in the multidisciplinary team to optimize the overall health of our patients, ensuring seamless care coordination.
• Promote healthy lifestyle habits through strength, flexibility, and balance training, fostering patient independence and functionality.

Our center caters primarily to patients seeking orthopedic rehabilitation services, which include those recovering from sports injuries, surgical conditions, or experiencing chronic pain. By focusing on one-on-one personalized therapy, we ensure that every person expects the highest level of care as they embark on their recovery journey. Your role as a Physical Therapist will be instrumental in guiding these individuals toward improved functionality and quality of life.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for the position.
• Valid California Physical Therapist licensure, with no disciplinary actions or board investigations on record.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and the ability to develop tailored exercise regimens for patients.
• Experience with medical record software, such as WebPT, to track patient progress and management efficiently.

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient facility to demonstrate proficiency in handling a variety of patient cases.
• Hands-on experience with advanced rehabilitation technology is a plus, ensuring readiness to adopt new methodologies that may benefit patients.
