At Queen Tower Recovery Center, you will work onsite in a dynamic rehabilitation environment equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and technologies. Our facility features modern treatment rooms and open spaces designed specifically for patient mobility exercises and rehabilitation activities. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a balanced work-life routine while allowing ample time for patient treatment, documentation, and professional development.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs, objectives, and clinical requirements.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize diverse therapeutic techniques and methodologies.
• Manage a patient caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring each session focuses on maximizing recovery outcomes.
• Provide cost-effective physical therapy interventions aimed at improving mobility and motion efficiency.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness, monitor patient progress, and adapt care plans accordingly.
• Educate patients regarding exercise regimens and lifestyle adjustments that promote overall health and wellness.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, helping them achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.
• Thoroughly document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our EMR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The ideal Physical Therapist will work predominantly with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries and sports injuries. Our patient demographic comprises individuals with private medical insurance, providing an optimal environment for high-quality care and personalized attention. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients of varied ages and activity levels, each requiring tailored rehabilitation strategies to facilitate their recovery.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in California.
• A strong professional record with no disciplinary actions against their PT license.
• Proven experience in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation practices within outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Thorough knowledge of exercise physiology and the ability to develop customized exercise programs.
• Familiarity with EMR software platforms, specifically WebPT, for effective documentation and patient management.

• Prior experience in a fast-paced orthopedic outpatient practice is highly preferred.
• Background in sports medicine and familiarity with injury prevention methodologies.
• Experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
