Work Environment

At Queen Tower Recovery Center, you will work onsite in a dynamic rehabilitation environment equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and technologies. Our facility features modern treatment rooms and open spaces designed specifically for patient mobility exercises and rehabilitation activities. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a balanced work-life routine while allowing ample time for patient treatment, documentation, and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal Physical Therapist will work predominantly with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries and sports injuries. Our patient demographic comprises individuals with private medical insurance, providing an optimal environment for high-quality care and personalized attention. Qualifications
  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
  • Current and valid Physical Therapist license in California.
  • A strong professional record with no disciplinary actions against their PT license.
  • Proven experience in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation practices within outpatient orthopedic settings.
  • Thorough knowledge of exercise physiology and the ability to develop customized exercise programs.
  • Familiarity with EMR software platforms, specifically WebPT, for effective documentation and patient management.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced orthopedic outpatient practice is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
