Summary

Do you have a gift for providing care and support for those who live with mental illness, and are you looking to join a team that provides our clients with the love, respect, and compassion they deserve? We are looking for compassionate and talented team members who share our vision. The Case Manager (Mental Health Professional - MHP) supports the health and well-being of our clients through the provision of case management and counseling services. Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide case management services
  • Complete therapeutic assessments and work with each person to develop person-centered recovery goals
  • Counsel clients, including crisis counseling and intervention
  • May be required to run therapeutic skills groups
  • Facilitate communication with client’s families, guardians, and parole and probation officers
  • Facilitate linkage between client and community agencies
  • Advocate for client rights and well-being.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related discipline
  • 1-3 years’ mental health experience preferred
