Position Overview

Head Start Youth Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time position in Columbus, Georgia. Work Environment

This full-time position is set within a remote work environment, allowing social workers the flexibility to deliver services from their home offices while maintaining connectivity with clients through virtual sessions. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized counseling services, including individual and couples therapy, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health and substance use issues.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.
  • Manage case documentation and ensure timely completion of clinical notes, meeting regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Utilize a billing service for managing claims, client accounts receivable, verifying benefits and eligibility, and establishing payment plans on behalf of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse range of clients, including youth, adults, and families referred to our outpatient services. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
