Description:

Acute Medical Staffing is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for per diem Day Shift opportunities at a premier inpatient rehabilitation facility in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

This role is ideal for RNs who enjoy helping patients recover and regain independence following stroke, orthopedic surgery, neurological conditions, spinal cord injury, brain injury, and other complex medical diagnoses.

You’ll work alongside an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while enjoying the flexibility of per diem scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult rehabilitation patients.
  • Complete comprehensive patient assessments.
  • Administer medications and treatments.
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the care team.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and nursing staff.
  • Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards.
  • Support safe patient mobility, recovery, and discharge planning.
Requirements:


  • Active South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of recent acute care experience required.
  • Experience in hospital, LTAC, or inpatient rehabilitation (IRF) preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
