Step into a fast-paced Medical/Surgical unit where teamwork, communication, and a supportive culture drive exceptional patient care. Our Med/Surg Unit provides care for a diverse patient population with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, offering nurses the opportunity to build strong foundational skills while working in a collaborative environment.

Nurses on this unit care for patients with diagnoses including (but not limited to) post-surgical recovery, infections, GI conditions, respiratory issues, renal concerns, and general medical needs. This is an ideal setting for nurses who enjoy variety, developing clinical judgment, and making a meaningful impact in patient care every day.

What You'll Do

• Managing a diverse patient population with varying acuity levels

• Administering medications, including IV therapies and antibiotics

• Supporting post-operative recovery and ongoing medical management

• Monitoring patient conditions and responding to changes in real time

• Collaborating with physicians, case management, therapy services, and interdisciplinary teams

• Educating patients and families to support safe discharge planning

What We're Looking For

  • Education :

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.

  • One year relevant experience, prefered.

  • Licensure/Certification:

  • Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
