This remote position allows the Social Worker to engage with students and staff from multiple locations, primarily within educational settings. The ideal candidate will work closely with school personnel, parents, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gauge students' mental health status, strengths, and challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to provide effective treatment tailored to the unique needs of each student.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, special education professionals, and other team members to develop and implement cohesive care plans.
• Educate students and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and strategies for managing symptoms, ensuring they feel empowered in their recovery journey.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate evidence-based practices that resonate with diverse populations.
• Help create and manage personalized treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, incorporating students’ goals and feedback.
• Navigating the complexities of the mental health system, advocate for students and their families' rights and needs, making sure they receive the support they require.
• Organize and conduct therapeutic groups and psychoeducation workshops that enhance coping skills and resilience.

Our client population primarily includes school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. As the LCSW in this role, you will focus on fostering resilience and independence in your students while working closely with their families to create a nurturing support network.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, crisis intervention, and at-risk populations.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience working in educational settings or with children and adolescents.
• Familiarity with school-based mental health programs and interventions.
• Knowledge of local resources for mental health support and advocacy.

The Recovery Care Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust base salary, we provide a sign-on bonus upon hiring.
