This remote position allows clinicians to set their own schedules without a minimum number of hours required, providing flexibility and autonomy. Our operational support team manages administrative tasks like billing, allowing you to focus on what matters most—providing excellent care to your patients through telehealth. You will also have access to ongoing training and professional development, ensuring that you stay at the forefront of the mental health field.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, in your sessions.
• Facilitate therapy sessions in a virtual environment, connecting with clients from the comfort of their homes.
• Provide psychoeducation and introduce community recovery resources, guiding patients towards appropriate support networks like AA and Smart Recovery.
• Encourage and foster patient engagement, helping them to explore a spectrum of treatment approaches, including moderation and abstinence.
• Participate in monthly peer group discussions, sharing insights and strategies to enhance your clinical skills.
• Contribute to the creation of “Expert Insights” alongside our Content Manager, offering educational content to the community.

You will primarily work with adults who are seeking to modify their alcohol consumption and improve their mental health. Our clients benefit from a unique harm-reduction model, which acknowledges varying degrees of addiction and personal goals, allowing for flexible treatment methodologies that empower clients in their recovery journeys.

• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license to practice in California.
• Experience or training in trauma-informed care and an understanding of managing diverse patient needs.
• Proficiency in delivering therapeutic interventions (CBT, DBT, etc.) that enhance patient engagement and recovery outcomes.
• Commitment to remaining current with evidence-based practices in mental health and substance use.

• Experience working in telehealth or remote therapy settings.
• Knowledge of community resources for recovery, including support groups and aftercare programs.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, along with a performance-based bonus structure.
