Job description

Flynn Management is searching for an experienced, professional and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Site Manager at Wild Oak Farm property. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and profitability of the apartment community assigned. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS
Screen incoming leasing inquiries and calls. Provide information about the community and apartments to prospective residents
Schedule visits to the apartment community and show available space to prospects
Prepare and submit all reports when due
Review and submit all new lease applications
Troubleshoot issues with the building and its residents
Create and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors and location community
Prepare and maintain records for new and renewal leases and to make sure we are in compliance with processes, relevant regulations and company procedure manual
Maintain an accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property; and
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED required
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related residential or commercial property management experience
Supervisor experience required
In-depth knowledge of computers and software such as Yardi, Voyager, Word and Outlook required
Detail orientated with strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
Analytical skills, ability to prioritize and work with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with confidential information
Must have good driving record
