Job Description
• Lead execution of DTIC records management support services and oversee assigned RIM personnel.
• Develop and implement records self-evaluation procedures, SOPs, governance documents, policies, directives, and instructions.
• Conduct records appraisals, inventories, shared drive reviews, and compliance assessments for hardcopy and electronic records.
• Identify records eligible for retirement, transfer, accessioning, or destruction and support approved disposition actions.
• Process SF-135 records transmittals and related actions in ARCIS and ERA systems.
• Support transition of legacy paper processes and record holdings to electronic workflows and SharePoint Online repositories.
• Prepare RIM evaluation reports, after-action reports, POA&Ms, tracking spreadsheets, and briefing materials.
• Develop and deliver records management training, briefings, communications, and customer support.
Job Requirements
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in information management, archives, library science, business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting a DoD Records Management program.
• Demonstrated experience with NARA regulations, records appraisal, ARCIS, and ERA systems. • Experience leading RIM evaluations, disposition support, governance development, and training activities.
• CRM, CRA, or related records management certification preferred.
