Xtreme Solutions is hiring a detail-oriented Records Support Associate II to support critical passport and consular records operations in a fast-paced federal environment.


What You'll Do
  • Scan and process passport and consular records
  • Perform quality control on electronic documents and images
  • Review, reconcile, and update records in government databases
  • Conduct record searches using systems
  • Respond to requests from federal agencies and internal departments
  • Support records retention, retrieval, and special projects

Requirements

Required

  • Active DOD SECRET clearance
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of office experience in a high-volume environment
  • 2+ years using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong data entry, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with accuracy and professionalism
