Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a 133-bed acute psychiatric care facility located in Flowood, Mississippi. We are accredited by the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and certified by Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE®. We provide psychiatric treatment for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, phobia and more . Position Summary: The Director of Health Information Management Services is responsible for directing the activities of the Health Information Management Services Department in the management and maintenance of all patient medical records information, ensuring compliance will all state and federal laws, rules/regulations of licensing agencies and within TJC standards for the quality of patient care.

Qualifications
Required: Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT). Associates degree in related field with a minimum of three (3 ) years ' supervisory experience in health information management is required.
Preferred: Eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience with a Masters degree in related field. D irect experience in a health care psychiatric facility preferred.
