Looking for a steady day-shift schedule with an industry leader in information management? Join our team as a Warehouse Associate / Record Center Specialist in Phoenix, where you will enjoy consistent hours, competitive pay, and a direct path to permanent employment. Pay Rate: $18.26/hr.

Duration: 2-months contract (temp to perm)

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM 5 days a week, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.


What You’ll Do

  • Process and track orders by locating, scanning, and logging boxes of files, binders, books, and backup tapes using RF scanners and proprietary tracking software.
  • Manually lift, move, and arrange storage bins, boxes, and totes weighing up to 100 lbs across concrete floors and changing walking surfaces.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks, carts, and pallet jacks to safely transport inventory throughout the facility.
  • Prepare and stage shipments by building and shrink-wrapping pallets at ground level and manually loading storage boxes onto outbound delivery trucks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to safely grip, lift, carry, push, and pull boxes weighing up to 100 lbs without assistance on a regular, prolonged basis.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, squatting, twisting, and climbing ladders or stairs throughout a full shift.
  • Must possess ASTM F2413-11 compliant protective safety-toe footwear with a slip-resistant rating of "Better" or "Best."
  • Ability to read and write in English, basic computer skills to operate inventory software, and a safety-first work ethic.

Work Environment: You will work in a fast-paced, physical warehouse setting. The environment involves working on concrete floors, utilizing material handling aids, climbing secure ladders, and navigating varying elevations.

Employment Note: This is a temporary/contract engagement focused on immediate operational support; standard corporate health benefits and paid time off are not provided during the initial contract duration.
