Job Title: Records Department Member

The Records Department plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and distribution of essential loan documents throughout the mortgage process. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of original records, facilitating communication with investors, title companies, and insurance agencies, and ensuring all documentation is properly organized and uploaded into company systems. This position is essential to support loan fulfillment, compliance, and investor delivery standards.

Your day might include:

  • Receiving, logging, and storing incoming loan document packages in an organized and secure manner
  • Identifying and separating Original Notes for prompt mailing to the Warehouse Department
  • Notifying Insurance Agencies of Mortgagee Transfers for loans sold to investors
  • Reviewing and organizing critical original documents to ensure proper scanning and uploading into ARIVE
  • Communicating with Title Companies to confirm receipt of all required documentation
  • Distributing key documents to investors and other relevant parties as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of document handling to ensure compliance with company policies and investor requirements
