Administrative Assistant

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting daily office operations, purchasing activities, and customer-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be sharp, friendly, highly organized, and able to work collaboratively in a small team environment. This role will report directly to company leadership and offers the opportunity to become a key contributor within a stable and expanding organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Assist with purchasing activities including vendor communication, order placement, and delivery tracking
  • Support bookkeeping functions such as invoice processing, data entry, and record maintenance
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to purchasing, compliance, and financial records
  • Assist with customer compliance documentation and ensure timely submissions
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Office tools
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
