POSITION SUMMARY
The Receptionist / Front Desk position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees. This position is responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk, answering and directing incoming calls, assisting customers with order pickups and payments, and providing general administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  1. Greets and welcomes visitors, customers, vendors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner and directs them to the appropriate person or department.
  2. Answers incoming telephone calls, determines the nature of the inquiry, and transfers calls, takes messages, or directs callers to voicemail as appropriate.
  3. Responds to general inquiries and provides accurate routing and company information in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  4. Maintains the front desk, reception area, and lobby in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
  5. Assists customers arriving to pick up completed orders and completes applicable pickup transactions and paperwork.
  6. Processes credit card payments for customers and customer service representatives in accordance with Company procedures.
  7. Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail, packages, faxes, and other correspondence.
  8. Prepares and mails daily invoices and other outgoing correspondence.
  9. Prepares shipping labels and assists with related shipping documentation as needed.
  10. Issues manual purchase orders and assists with purchase order documentation.
  11. Files and maintains purchase orders, packing slips, shipping information, color sheets, invoices, and other company records.
  12. Orders, organizes, and maintains office and front desk supplies.
  13. Assists with preparing files, envelopes, documents, and other materials for administrative staff.
  14. Provides general clerical and administrative support, including copying, scanning, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  15. Helps ensure the front desk is appropriately covered and communicates visitor, customer, and delivery needs to the appropriate departments.
  16. Maintains confidentiality and handles company, customer, and employee information appropriately.
  17. Performs other job-related duties and administrative tasks as assigned.

Pay Range
$18.00 Hourly to $19.00 Hourly
