About the Opportunity

Long-Lewis Auto Group is seeking a Service Manager Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across Service, Quick Lane, Parts, Rental, and Detail. This is a great opportunity to learn the day-to-day operations of a dealership service department while working closely with the Service Manager and gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Job Description

The Service Manager Assistant serves as a key support person to the Service Manager, helping keep administrative processes organized and daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support for Service, Quick Lane, Parts, Rental, and Detail operations.

  • Write repair orders for internal service work.

  • Reconcile warranty claims and service rental bills.

  • Assist with service-related documentation, records, and administrative processes.

  • Help coordinate and follow up on tasks across the Service Department.

  • Work closely with the Service Manager to support daily departmental needs.

  • Learn the processes and procedures involved in managing dealership service operations.

  • Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as needed.

Qualifications
