Job description

Overview
As a Student Experience Records Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our student services, employment, and financial aid departments, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for every student. You'll be the go-to person for all things related to student records, making sure they are meticulously maintained and compliant with all state and accreditation standards. Your keen eye for detail and dedication to accuracy will be vital in supporting our mission to empower students.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary record keeper for all student records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide essential administrative support to various departments, ensuring timely and accurate task completion.
  • Manage and maintain all student files, including scanning, linking, and data entry.
  • Support all functions related to graduation, from ordering regalia to coordinating ceremonies.
  • Act as a first point of contact for students, directing inquiries and providing general assistance.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or completion of GED required
  • Experience: Two years of experience with customer service and basic administrative tasks
  • Experience: Two years of experience with file management, record keeping, or auditing
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Skills: Demonstrated, strong organizational skills
  • Skills: Knowledge of basic computing and word processing applications; intermediate 10-key speed
