Job description

Victory Collegiate Academy is hiring Paraprofessionals for the 2025-2026 school year. We’re looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about education and want to support student learning in a dynamic classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead teacher in classroom instruction and management

  • Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning

  • Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment

  • Supervise students in various settings (classroom, cafeteria, recess, etc.)

  • Support lesson preparation and classroom organization

  • Monitor student behavior and progress, reporting to the lead teacher

  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet student needs

  • Perform other duties as assigned by administration

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Associate’s degree or 60+ college credits preferred

  • Must have or be able to obtain an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

  • Prior experience in a school or working with children preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
