This is a full-time, on-site receptionist position at Freeland Chevrolet. No prior automotive or car dealership experience is required - we'll train the right person.

What You'll Do - Receptionist Job Duties:
  • Answer multi-line dealership phones and route calls to sales, service, parts, and finance departments
  • Greet every customer and visitor with a warm, upbeat, and professional demeanor
  • Direct guests to the correct department and introduce customers to their salesperson
  • Notify team members promptly when their customers arrive
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments
  • Support the sales and management team with light administrative work, including memos, correspondence, and reports
  • Maintain a polished, welcoming front desk and showroom presence
  • Maintain customer louge and ensure refreshments area is cleaned and stocked
  • Deliver a five-star customer experience from the very first hello

What We're Looking For - Qualifications:
  • Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, hospitality, retail, or call center experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus but not required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outgoing, positive personality and a genuine love for working with people
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling (some Saturdays required - typical dealership hours)
  • Comfortable with basic computer skills, email, and standard office software
  • Bilingual - English and Spanish preferred
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Front desk receptionist, hotel front desk, restaurant host/hostess, retail customer service, call center, administrative assistant, office assistant, BDC representative, or similar customer-facing roles.
Location: Freeland Chevrolet - Nashville / Antioch, TN area. Easy commute from Nashville, Hermitage, Mt. Juliet, Lebanon, Donelson, Antioch, Madison, Murfreesboro, Smyrna, La Vergne, and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities.
