We desire to not just be a church "in the community" but rather to be "the community church". We are currently renovating our third Campus with the expectation of opening in early 2025. Our broadcast Campus located in Kokomo Indiana has a new 1300 seat Campus with a Café we opened in 2024.

Position Summary:

A receptionist is the first point of contact at the offices of Abundant Life Church, so they must maintain a professional and welcoming environment while multitasking to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Visitor management: Greet guests and those with appointments, check them in, and direct them to the correct staff member or conference room.

· Communication: Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, and handle office correspondence, including mail and packages.

· Scheduling of Events: Schedule, maintain forms and collect payments for events.

· Administrative support: Perform various clerical tasks such as photocopying, data entry, and maintaining office records.

· Office maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy, monitor and order office supplies, and coordinate with maintenance staff when needed.
