Receptionist - PRNBe Part of Something Remarkable

Do you enjoy staying busy, meeting new people, and having variety in your workday? Are you someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and providing exceptional service? If so, we'd love to have you join the team at Monarch Landing, a premier senior living community in Naperville.

We are seeking a PRN Receptionist to work as needed, providing friendly, professional service to residents, families, visitors, and team members.

What You'll Do

As a Receptionist, you will serve as an important first point of contact for our community. Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor life safety equipment and respond appropriately to alerts and notifications.
  • Coordinate telephone communications throughout the community.
  • Receive, organize, and coordinate mail and package deliveries.
  • Welcome and direct residents, visitors, and staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to residents, families, and guests.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized reception area.
