Join us as a Per Diem Receptionist!

5 Shifts per month

As a Receptionist for TaraVista in Devens, Massachusetts, youll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. A Receptionist is an integral part of our multidisciplinary team.

As a Receptionist:

  • You will be responsible for answering incoming calls and directing calls to appropriate associates

  • You are responsible for assisting family members during visitation, including directing family members to locker areas to store personal belongings during visits

  • You are responsible for mail distribution, as well as additional clerical duties

  • You will have extensive contact with the public and will be the front facing representative of our hospital

Successful Receptionist candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Ability to professionally represent the hospital as the first point of contact, demonstrating a calm and courteous demeanor at all times

  • Previous experience working directly with the public required

  • Strong verbal communication skills with excellent telephone etiquette

  • Basic computer skills, including minimal typing and routine task completion

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

Pay Range

Compensation will be determined based on the candidates relevant experience.

$18.00 - $21.00
