Job description

Receptionist

The Receptionist position requires a well-spoken, customer service-oriented individual who can multitask at a quick pace. The primary duties for the Receptionist position are to direct all incoming calls and walk-in clients in a friendly and welcoming manner. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Professionally greet and direct all visitors.
  • Professionally answer the phone and direct all calls accordingly.
  • Assist with special administrative projects.
  • Manage conference room calendars.
  • Screen incoming general messages within email and voicemail systems and distribute accordingly.
  • Assist with mail handling per client and company policies.
  • Ensure that the lobby area is kept neat and clean at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Benefits Summary:

  • Vacation accrual begins after 90 days at 6.67 hrs per month with a cap at 160 hours, depending on years of service.

  • Knowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.).
  • Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • No remote work; full-time office-based position.
