Receptionist / Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)
Automation Personnel Services seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), customer-focused, and capable of handling a fast-paced office environment while delivering outstanding service.

Schedule and Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 
Occasional Saturday work as needed 
Overtime may be required based on business demands
 
Receptionist / Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet customers, vendors, contractors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. 
  • Answer and direct incoming multi-line phone calls. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. 
  • Assist customers with service requests, product inquiries, estimates, and appointment scheduling. 
  • Coordinate service calls and installation appointments with technicians and customers. 
  • Receive and process customer payments and maintain accurate records. 
  • Create and update customer accounts and job information in company systems. 
  • Respond to emails and customer inquiries promptly and professionally. 
  • Assist with invoicing, filing, scanning, and other administrative duties. 
  • Maintain office supplies and reception area organization. 
  • Support management and operations teams with various clerical tasks. 
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary. 
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
 
Receptionist / Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) Duties Qualifications and Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Bilingual required). 
  • High School Diploma or GED. 
  • Minimum 1–2 years of customer service, receptionist, administrative, or call center experience. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
