Job Description
The Talent Quarter is looking to hire a professional and service-oriented Receptionist. This Receptionist will provide administrative support to the whole office while solving problems and stepping in for additional help as necessary. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and inventory of the kitchen, managing catering, setting up and cleaning up common areas and conference rooms
  • Greet partners and guests in a friendly, professional, and hospitable manner, and inform staff of visitor's arrival.
  • Attend to the maintenance and operation of office equipment (such as fax machines, copiers, and printers), as well as overseeing all video conferencing needs
  • Prepare materials for presentations; maintaining communication across the office
  • Operate electronic door systems to allow personnel access to various buildings.
  • Deal with various other problems as they arise (including telephone and mechanical such as scan, copy, fax, binding).
  • Provide extra assistance as needed, ready to help with additional errands.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of relevant experience; administrative experience a plus
  • Proven delivery of superior service
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; able to maintain discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organization and time-management skills, ability to anticipate and proactively solve problems before they occur
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and phone personality
  • Flexible, able to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Motivated and eager to help; a team player
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
