Job Description
Currently, RVP is in search of someone to join the company as a full-time Receptionist / Office Manager. This position offers competitive pay, great benefits, and a supportive and success-driven environment. We are located in the heart of the Financial District in SF.
Duties:
- Answer phone and direct calls to appropriate parties. Take and relay messages as needed.
- Greet guests and guide them to meeting rooms. Offer and serve refreshments, arrange IT access, clean up after meetings.
- Order and facilitate lunches for the office each day, as well as keep drinks and snacks stocked in the office.
- Liaise with all vendors and building personnel.
- Monitor stock of office supplies and reorder as needed.
- Check and process mail each day.
- Assist team members by copying, scanning, mailing, and filing when requested.
- Assist with the preparation of meeting materials.
- Collaborate with the team to put on company events.
- Provide support for Executive Assistants as needed.
- Keep the office tidy and presentable.
- Complete various other tasks and errands as requested.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred.
- 2-4 years' work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, punctual with a great work ethic. Pleasant, welcoming demeanor and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Eagerness to learn quickly and work independently.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 30lbs. Some lifting/carrying/reaching may be required.
