Work Schedule Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

Pay Rate $18.00 to $22.00 per hour based on career level

**Job Summary **

The receptionist will work in partnership with the businesses to manage the lobby entrance by greeting and directing all visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing purchasing administrative duties such as invoice processing and purchasing office supplies. Being responsible for the first impression that our visitors experience, excellent written and oral communication skills are a must. Organization and initiative are critical to the success of this role.

Receptionist Primary Responsibilities

Receive and sign-in all visitorsMake connections for incoming callsProvide general information to visitors and callersProcess incoming and outgoing mailOrder and maintain general office suppliesMaintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badgesPerform other work-related tasks as assigned.Receptionist Skills and Requirements
