You should be able to relate to clients. -Providing direct administrative support to top company executive -Answering, screening and routing phone calls as appropriate -Maintaining personal, confidential and business files -Coordinating business schedule including booking travel and reconciling expense Reports -Extensive appointment management and maintenance of calendar -Preparing and editing presentations using PowerPoint and Visio Job Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience, as an assistant to senior level executive in a fast-paced demanding environment. Detail and action-oriented, organized, possess excellent time management, communication, organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
