Advanced Wealth Management Group is seeking a professional and personable Wealth Management Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is focused on creating a welcoming office environment while supporting basic administrative and client service tasks.

Front Desk & Client Experience
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready reception area
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
Scheduling & Office Support
  • Schedule and confirm client meetings
  • Manage calendars for advisors as needed
  • Prepare conference rooms for client meetings
Administrative & Processing Support
