Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee waiting room- greet entrants, interact with waiting clients, manage client complaintsย 
  • Prepare invoices and estimatesย 
  • Take payments and print receiptsย 
  • Take digital photos of patients and send them along for use in FBย 
  • Maintainย the printers, paper stock and toner cartridgesย 
  • Manage and monitorย Demandforce activities (appointment requests)ย 
  • Manage InTouch Mobile text remindersย 
  • Monitorย Facebook activitiesย 
  • Take phone messagesย and monitorย the prescription/food order extensionย 
  • Enter new clients/patients into the databaseย and add scanned documents to patient historiesย 
  • Explain CareCredit and guide clients through the processย 
  • Understand account payable and monthly statementsย 
  • Manage end-of-day accountingย 
  • Call in written prescriptions to a pharmacyย 
  • Complete all relevant medical records entries for patients for which youโ€™reย responsibleย 
  • Assist in stocking exam rooms/treatment/surgery/radiology rooms as necessary ย 
  • Help monitorย inventory, rotation and expirationย dates and report needs as requestedย 
  • Assist in ordering of food/supplies/medications as requested ย 
  • Assistย in maintenance of areas both inside and outside of hospital (floors, walks, parking, runs, etc.)ย 
Required Skills
