Job description

Provider of document hardware and software solutions located in Little Rock, AR is looking for a Receptionist/Accounting Clerk. Candidate must be professional, strong organizational skills, and able to multitask.


Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm


Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for customers and vendors; responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Answer business line utilizing a multifunction switchboard promptly, using proper phone etiquette to direct calls efficiently.
  • Assist with customer billing, invoices, payments and account inquiries.
  • Manage equipment and inventory transactions, including transfers and adjustments.
  • Perform equipment and meter reporting functions within Printanista.
  • Create and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, type correspondence and post accounting data into accounting system.
  • Scan, index, and electronic records in Docuware.
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting calendars.
  • Maintain organizational systems to ensure timely follow-up on administrative tasks
  • Assist with any clerical tasks assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate/GED required.
  • 1-3 years of customer service, billing, administrative, inventory or office experience required.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, accounting, or document management systems preferred.
  • Proficiency using DocuWare a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
