Established CPA firm in Bloomfield Hills is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join the team. We are seeking a long-term employee that can multi-task in a fast-paced environment and is willing to grow with the firm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answer Phones
2. Manage and Distribute Faxes
3. Maintain Filing Cabinets
4. Assemble Tax Returns
5. Log incoming work
6. Help Office Manager with daily tasks
7. Manage Staff Calendars
Qualifications:
1. Ability to multitask and stay organized.
2. Possess 3 to 4 years experience as a Receptionist.
3. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
4. Experience working in a Public Accounting Firm is a plus.
Benefits: As mentioned in the "Benefits" plus PTO (Paid time off)
Work Hours: 9 am to 6 pm
40 hours per week
Will need to work Overtime during tax season: March to April 15.
