Busy OBGYN Office seeking Medical Receptionist who is warm and positive and likes making a difference in other people's lives, working in an environment that is friendly and caring. This is a full time position Monday- Friday 40 hrs per week, Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, short term disability & 401K benefits. Medical office experience with knowledge of insurance billing is a plus. Your responsibilities will include: Front desk reception- welcoming and greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, front desk collections, entering & verifying insurance info & authorizations, and ensuring smooth office flow.
