Job Type: Full-Time (Hourly)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am - 3pm

Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate (Based on experience)

Support: Direct on-site collaboration with our Clinical Director and Executive Administrative Team

Who We Are

At Gold Vine ABA, we believe in being the place “Where Every Family’s Journey Takes Root.” We are a family-owned, BCBA-led organization providing high-quality, compassionate ABA therapy to children ages 2–14 with autism and developmental disabilities. We aren't a massive, faceless corporate chain driven by private-equity metrics. We run our clinic like a family, and we measure our success by the real, life-changing progress of our clients and the happiness of our staff.

Why Join Gold Vine ABA?

The front desk is the heart of our clinic. As our receptionist, you are the first face our families see and the welcoming voice they hear on the phone. We built this position for someone who wants more than just a standard data-entry job—we want a true partner to help run our growing Augusta location.

A Rewarding Environment: You will get to watch our kids make incredible milestones every single day. You aren't just shuffling paperwork; you are a vital part of a team making a tangible difference in the Augusta community.

True Team Collaboration: You won’t be left isolated at the front desk. You will be fully integrated into our clinic culture, supported daily by leadership, and valued as a key pillar of our operations.

Predictable, Family-Friendly Hours: No late nights, weekends, or major holidays. We value a healthy work-life balance for everyone on our team.

What You’ll Do This dual-focus role keeps the front desk welcoming while ensuring our daily clinic operations run smoothly.

Welcome & Direct: Greet families, clients, and visitors with a warm, positive attitude. Manage the lobby environment to keep it clean, safe, and organized.

Phones & Inquiries: Answer incoming calls, route messages to clinical leadership, and assist prospective families with basic information about our services.

Scheduling Coordination: Assist the Clinical Director and Owner with daily schedule tracking, noting client or staff absences, and helping with session adjustments.

Office Coordination: Manage inventory, organize session materials, and assist with basic backend filing and scanning.

Administrative Assistance: Support the leadership team with basic onboarding and insurance tasks, organizing client digital files, and keeping compliance documentation up to date.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

1–2+ years of experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative assistant role (medical, dental, or pediatric clinic experience is highly preferred).

Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills—you genuinely love interacting with people and helping families.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; you can multitask without losing track of small details

Highly reliable and punctual—the clinic relies on the front desk to start the day smoothly.

Preferred:

Understanding of ABA therapy, autism services, or special education environments.

Basic understanding of therapy scheduling or therapy office flow.
