The Bostonian Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a Business Office Manager to support the day-to-day financial and front office operations of our facility. We are a skilled nursing center providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Position Summary

The Business Office Manager is responsible for overseeing resident accounts, financial processes, and front desk operations. This role works closely with residents, families, and staff to ensure accurate billing, strong customer service, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage resident accounts, including personal needs allowance (PNA) funds

  • Process deposits, bank reconciliations, and check requests

  • Support accounts receivable and billing functions

  • Oversee reception staff and front desk operations

  • Communicate with residents and families regarding billing and account questions

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal procedures

  • Order and manage office supplies as needed

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
