Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $29.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Wed 12:30 PM - 09:00 PM

Fri 12:30 PM - 09:00 PM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk of a financial institution location.
  • Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification, following visitor management procedures, and maintaining accurate entry records.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, provide general information, and coordinate with appropriate personnel regarding visitor arrivals and deliveries.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following site-specific policies and emergency response procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of front desk activities and report unusual activity, access concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
