Role Summary
Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a Café & Guest Experience Associate will be responsible for providing complimentary beverages and snacks to guests, maintaining the café area, and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role may also include rotating responsibilities with the front desk reception team, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

  • Greet and serve guests in the café area with coffee, beverages, and snacks.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of café items (coffee, snacks, beverages).
  • Clean and maintain coffee machines and café area throughout the day.
  • Ensure the guest experience aligns with Ourisman Lexus's luxury brand standards.
  • Potentially rotate with front desk reception to provide coverage and gain cross-functional experience.
  • Assist with additional guest services tasks as needed.
