They possess advanced knowledge in business management, finance, marketing, and leadership, and are often seeking new career opportunities or advancement in their current fields. Employers value recent MBAs for their up-to-date business acumen, strategic thinking, and fresh perspectives. Many recent MBAs pursue roles in consulting, finance, marketing, or operations, and may also leverage alumni networks and career services for job placement.

What types of projects or responsibilities can a recent MBA expect to handle in their first year on the job?
