Overview
We’re hiring a high-potential MBA graduate to join our Sales & Business Development team as an Associate – Solutions Sales. This role is built for someone who wants to grow into enterprise technology and solution sales, working directly with senior sales leaders, AI experts, and delivery teams. You’ll support consultative sales cycles, build client relationships, and help sell AI and digital transformation solutions to large enterprise clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Support senior sales leaders in finding and qualifying new opportunities in Fortune 1000 accounts

  • Research accounts and markets to uncover AI and IT transformation needs

  • Help with outreach, lead generation, and relationship building

  • Join client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions

  • Assist with proposals, RFP responses, pricing models, and presentations

  • Communicate business value, ROI, and solution benefits

  • Maintain CRM data, track leads, and support forecasting

  • Learn AI, cloud, analytics, and enterprise IT services
