Position Overview

CT United FC is seeking a passionate and creative Multicultural & Community Marketing Intern to support outreach, engagement, and storytelling efforts that connect our club with diverse communities across Connecticut. This role focuses on outreach, localized marketing, and culturally relevant engagement to help grow awareness and attendance. It is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in sports marketing, community engagement, and grassroots brand building.

Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. Academic credit may be available if required by your institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete and present an assigned educational project
  • Support the development of multicultural marketing initiatives across the state
  • Identify and engage community organizations, cultural groups, and local soccer networks
  • Assist with bilingual and culturally tailored marketing content
  • Represent CT United at community events, festivals, and matches
  • Help coordinate partnerships with ethnic media outlets
  • Track outreach efforts and report engagement insight

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a university/college program or recent graduate (required)
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds
