Field Marketing Coordinator - East Region

Everyday Dose Inc.

Washington, DC • On-site

$25/hr

Full-time, Contractor

Posted 13 days ago

Job description

About Everyday Dose

Everyday Dose is a wellness company founded in 2021, offering a health-focused alternative to traditional coffee — blending functional mushrooms, collagen, and nootropics. We built our early success direct-to-consumer, and now we're scaling fast into retail. As we grow our in-store field marketing program across the East Coast, we're looking for an organized, driven coordinator to keep it running tight. Perfect for a recent grad ready to break into brand marketing and sales.

Role Summary

The Field Marketing Coordinator owns the day-to-day execution of our program across the East Region — making sure every store is staffed, every booth is on-brand, every Brand Ambassador (BA) is set up to win, and our brand activations stay on track. Part air-traffic-controller, part in-market closer. Most weeks you'll coordinate remotely; some weekends you'll be in-store yourself.

Markets: Charlotte · Raleigh-Durham · Charleston · DMV (DC/MD/VA) · Tampa · Miami

Requirements

What You'll Do

Staffing & Recruiting

  • Source, screen, and recruit Brand Ambassadors across markets, help coordinate interviews
  • Schedule and staff every weekend in Raleigh, Charlotte, and DMV
  • Build and maintain a healthy, ready-to-go BA pipeline

Retail Programs

  • Keep our Club programs moving — admin, deadlines, and staffing
  • Verify on-brand booth execution through BA check-in photos and in-person store checks
  • Keep ops clean — all BA invoices submitted on time

Brand Activations

  • Support upcoming brand activations — track timelines and keep deliverables moving so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Step in to cover a booth or run a store check in person when needed
What We're Looking For
  • Recent college grad or early-career professional eager to get into brand marketing / sales
  • Exceptionally organized and self-directed — you chase down loose ends without being asked
  • Able to juggle multiple markets and projects at once without dropping a ball
  • Calm and resourceful under pressure (e.g., a Saturday-morning BA cancellation)
  • Comfortable recruiting, screening, and motivating a field team
  • Strong written communication for recaps, scheduling, and coordination
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and weekend availability
  • Able to travel within market and be on your feet at in-store events

Benefits

What We Offer
  • $25/hour · 30–40 hours/week
  • Contract-to-hire: evaluated at the 3-month mark for a full-time role
  • Real ownership of a region from day one
  • Hands-on experience across field marketing, recruiting, and live brand activations
  • Free Coffee
