Job Description

As Arsenaults Data Analyst, youll play a leading role in helping us answer strategic business questions through data analysis and visualization. As a product-led organization, your findings will play a significant role in defining how we can improve the product, our marketing strategies, and customer support and success. Youll work closely with leadership from Product and Engineering, Customer Success and Support, and Marketing to help make key business and revenue-driving decisions through data. This role will report to the Director of Product.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and maintain our reporting infrastructure for Product, Marketing, and Success teams.
  • Build and maintain team-specific reporting dashboards, and dashboards and reports to communicate and monitor our KPIs.
  • Analyze datasets to provide actionable and strategic insights
  • Effectively present data, both verbally and visually, to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Explore available external data on National Non-Profit Organizations and their affiliate partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a data analyst
  • Experience with end to end data analysis, including data cleaning and preparation, querying, analyzing and exploring data, and turning data into actionable insights.
  • Strong background in SQL, some knowledge of Python or R a plus
  • Experienced creating dashboards, reports and visualizations
  • Experience in B2B marketing or Product Led Growth companies is preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Intercom, and Monday.com, and product analytics tools like Amplitude, PostHog, or Mixpanel
