JOB PURPOSE
The Software Developer is responsible for the overall success of each project assigned. They will implement computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems and designing and testing standards and solutions. This role will develop information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions. Additionally, this position will work closely with other departments to make sure each project is performed with quality, professionalism, and completed in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Makes rapid improvements to our enterprise applications across mobile, web, backend platform, and integrations.
Implements cross-functional application design strategy, architecture, and platforms to ensure solutions are optimized for flexibility, scalability, security, and performance.
Adheres to well established standards,
Engages in developing, refining, and enhancing features in our web based EMR, PHR, and Enrollment systems
Assists with determining how a new system, upgrade, or new component can best meet the needs of users
Provides application-troubleshooting support for systems.
Manages, modifies, and administers databases; Ensures backups are functioning properly.
Coordinates with an outsource team to determine the methodological steps that are appropriate for an engagement.
Actively participates in issue resolution by removing barriers.
Develops actual working solutions and resolves any issues that arise.
Provides technical expertise in development and programming.
Maintains and fosters a collaborative environment by removing roadblocks and sharing unique and creative solutions.
Works directly with internal and external stakeholders for the products/projects.
Collaborates with team members to determine requirements for software.
Troubleshoots coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace.
Mentors and provides general design guidance for product development.
Analyzes and documents client business requirements, as well as processes and communicates requirements by constructing conceptual data and process models.
Writes and maintains accurate and current documentation regarding application(s) supported by the team.
Documents and creates system specifications from user requirements.
Maintains regular and predictable attendance
Consistently demonstrates compliance with HIPAA regulations, professional conduct, and ethical practice.
Works to encourage and promote Company culture throughout the organization.
Ability to visualize and work through complex solutions. Ability to code in C# complex solutions in a methodical way.
Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum three years or more work experience
Strength in Web or Windows Development
C#, Visual Studio
JavaScript & TypeScript
SQL (Queries, Stored Procedures)
Restful Services
Back-End APIs
Experience in software design using C# or Asp.Net programming, LINQ, JavaScript & TypeScript, MVC, HTML, & T-SQL and Personal Health Record or EMR
Knowledge of Crystal Reports, a MVVM framework, Bootstrap, Angular, LT Admin, Chart.js, EDI and Java is a plus
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or five years C# software development experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Moderate amount of walking, sitting, and writing. Moderate to significant amount of stress in meeting deadlines and dealing with day-to-day events in the execution of job duties. Need for flexibility and adaptability to change. Candidate must be self-disciplined and a self-starter and able to work independently with a flexible work schedule.
