You bring the energy, curiosity, and drive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to licensed insurance agents nationwide by phone, email, social and text to build relationships and drive engagement.

  • Introduce agents to Integrity's platform and the full suite of IntegrityCONNECT features, and clearly connect those tools to the agent's needs.
  • Follow up on inbound leads, warm lists, and campaign responses quickly and consistently.
  • Log every call, contact, and outcome in the CRM, keeping records accurate and pipeline data clean and current.
  • Use CRM workflows, dashboards, and reporting to manage your day, prioritize outreach, and track progress toward goals.
  • Leverage AI tools for research, call prep, messaging, and follow-up, and bring forward ideas for using AI and automation to improve results.
  • Hit and exceed daily and weekly activity targets (calls, connects, appointments set, agents onboarded).
  • Handle objections professionally and persistently, and keep agents moving through the pipeline.
  • Learn Integrity's products across life, health, and wealth well enough to speak credibly with agents.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to sharpen messaging and share what you hear from the field.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience; internships, part-time sales, customer service, or campus and team leadership count.
  • Strong phone presence, confidence and clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and motivated by activity goals and results.
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage contacts and pipeline.
  • Forward-thinking about AI and technology, and eager to use new tools to work more efficiently.
  • Coachable, resilient, and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a competitive drive.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage many conversations and follow-ups at once.
  • Interest in insurance, financial services, or sales as a long-term career.
