Become a Key Player as a Shipping/Receiving Manager

You will lead warehouse transformation to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, driving inventory accuracy and on-time shipments. You will manage a team (approximately 9-10 direct reports; ~34 total in the warehouse) and partner with logistics, procurement, and production stakeholders to optimize operations. This is an onsite role in Danville, KY, focused on driving process, safety, and continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree (logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field) required
  • 5–7+ years manufacturing experience in shipping or materials management; proven warehouse manager experience

  • Experience with warehouse management systems and SAP; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
