About The Role
Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! The Art & Science of Real comes to life within our facilities located in New Jersey and Arizona - combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As Photography Supervisor, you will play a part in driving business operations forward by overseeing the development and productivity of the Photography team. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the photo studio, the consignor and customer experience.You are a team player and excited about innovation. Partnering with leadership to meet and maintain studio goals while complying with company policies and visions. With your previous experience in operations, you possess hands-on ability to own projects relating to KPI's, process and metric improvements.
What You Get To Do Everyday
  • Safe handling and care of luxury fashion items
  • Parcel sortation by alphabetical and numerical designation
  • Palletization of parcels and organization by date and other designations
  • Sort and perform put away of supplies in an organized fashion
  • Conduct quality inspections on packaging and documentation
  • Maintain supplies and organize inventory
  • General warehousing practices; safety and organization, housekeeping and trash removal, etc.
  • Other responsibilities as designated by Dock
  • Assist other departments with any needs
  • Communicate efficiently with ecommerce centers

What You Bring To The Role
  • High School or G.E.D. appreciated
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and signs
  • 1+ years' experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
  • Basic computer skills required (word, excel, google sheets)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are critical
  • Must be punctual and available to work overtime as needed
  • Must be able to lift heavy boxes up to 60 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to communicate with upper management and/or other departments
  • Ability and knowledge of basic warehouse equipment

The expected hourly rate for this role is $16.00-$17.25. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
