Job description

Warehouse Associate

Hire Up Staffing is currently hiring for a growing warehouse in Fairbanks, AK. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow with the company.

Pay: $22.00/hour

Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday | 6:00 AM โ€“ 3:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, pull, and fill customer orders, including wire and pipe orders.
  • Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and loading/unloading freight.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training available).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse or forklift experience is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to learn handheld RF scanners and warehouse systems.
  • Safety-toe shoes or boots are required.
