Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 / hour
Description
Join our team and help keep our operations moving.
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring materials, products, and customer orders are accurately received, stored, and shipped on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Transport materials and inventory throughout the facility using appropriate equipment.
- Support production by replenishing materials through Kanban systems and maintaining inventory at designated locations.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain organized inventory locations and ensure materials are properly labeled and stored.
- Assist in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Work closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and other team members to support operational goals.
- Follow all safety, quality, and workplace policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Dependable attendance and a positive work attitude.
  • At least 6 months of shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
  • Experience using barcode scanners and inventory management systems.
  • You enjoy hands-on work and staying active throughout your shift.
  • You take pride in accuracy and keeping things organized.
  • You are flexible and can adapt to changing priorities.
  • You work well with others while maintaining attention to detail.

This position requires regular movement throughout the facility and may include:
  • Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
  • Occasional lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance or appropriate equipment.
  • Reaching, bending, twisting, crouching, and standing for extended periods.
  • Working around moving equipment and machinery in a manufacturing environment.
