QAD is searching for an assistant for our small, tight-nit shipping and receiving team. You will primarily pack and check small packages and shipments, as we ship out our archery accessories. You will also help receive shipments and communicate with our Sales and Production departments.

Responsibilities

Assist Shipping Lead as instructed

Pick and pack products with attention to detail and care

Communicate with Inside Sales Team and Production Department to ship out product efficiently

Use shipping system to create labels for domestic and international shipments and returns

Receive and inventory incoming parts and raw materials

Perform all shipping, receiving, and packing activities with urgency and intentionality

Obtain shipping quotes as needed

Review and prioritize outgoing orders.

Pursue a detailed knowledge of shipping systems and label creation

Prioritize safety in shipping department

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Ability to lift up to 70lbs

Flexibility to work extended hours complete projects as needed
